Same with me....I happen to be in a weird in-between height - 6 feet! - that makes jeans of a regular length about an inch too short, and the tall ones about 3 inches too long. Who the hell are they making these tall jeans for, I wonder?!?!?!

Cyd - that was funny!

Oh but I WISH I could find pants that were too long for me...sadly, I haven't had that problem yet. I envy all people that can get their pants hemmed! I have to get them "added onto!"

Coming from the last era of bellbottoms, I am an authority on this..(cough cough...ahem...). Too long Bells were the Best. As you wear them and they begin to wear down to patching phase of their lives, the thickness of the hem will begin to separate from the bell, and eventually disconnect, forming what was known as a tail. As you continue to wear them until they disintegrate, the tail will get longer and longer and snap around like a whip. This is a source of great pride. Invariably, however, someone will step on it while strolling, and tear it off. Despite the heartbreak and the fury, you must control your rage. This was their cold destiny.

So all jeans are too long for me, but I will not roll them up because it looks freakin' bad. What is the answer to this dilemma? Can we get them hemmed? That can't look good.
