a man in a buttoned down long sleeved blue checkered shirt (think picnic table cloth but blue) khaki capris(or patio pants or whatever they are called for men) and some PINK CROCS
what was even scarier was he was walking two dogs and had leashes that matched the crocs. guess he does get points for TRYING to match SOMETHING huh?
