It's true. You can't just dismiss their fashion sense by saying something like "oh, they dress in the dark." (only if they are reading Braille instructions which dictate layering hats, scarves, big bead necklaces, etc. etc. etc.) No. When they dress they are not making simple fashion faux pas like white after Labor Day or not color-coordinating. Rather, this is a look that they have contrived. But do they look at one another and say things like "hey sis' lookin' good. You're rockin' the tattered blouse, grandpa sweater, paisley skirt, polka dot tights, ballet slippers, granny glasses, grasshopper brooch and straw hat. Bitchin', Mr. Blackwells gonna LOVE IT. What is wrong with these kids. Ay, Carumba!
